Section 3 (1) (d) [the following shall not be registered]
…trade marks which consist exclusively of signs or indications which have become customary in the current language or in the bona fide and established practices of the trade…

Hmmm…. as the Irish Times today reported that Web2.0 had entered common usage it is possible that Mr O’Reily falls foul of this bit too… shocking. 😉
