I am in the Uk and use http://www.txtlocal.com. I started by using a simple autoresponder (I passed Txtlocal the message that needs to fire out when the public texts in), but now I use a programmed interface to send out my own tailored premium messages.
Setup was very low cost, the interface was totally free and the support I have received was second to none!! 🙂
