Damien is running a networked charity drive to encourage us to send our old and unloved mobile phones to the Jack and Jill Foundation who describe themselves so
The Foundation provides early intervention home respite to families with children up to the age of 4, with severe neuro developmental delay and palliative conditions requiring extensive medical and nursing care at home.
My house has three or four mobiles bouncing about. I’ll send those on. But your, collective, houses have lots more phones than that. If you go around collecting them up and sending them in a jiffy bag by FREEPOST to The Jack and Jill Mobile Appeal, Freepost, Ratoath Road , Finglas, Dublin 11 then everyone could do well out of it.
Leave a comment on Damien’s site to tell him of your good works and not only will have started 2009 by decluttering but he’ll put you in a draw to win goodies. And if you tell him Tuppenceworth sent him he’ll put me in a draw for a goodies too.
So, to recap- Goodies for children, Goodies for you and Goodies for me.
Sound good.
